If you are requesting multiple services, or think you may use them in the future, you must complete all forms associated with each service. For example, if you are seeking a Rapid Exchange Tank Exchange and purchasing refrigerants, you would need to complete all of the pages in the onboarding packet

After completing the applicable pages in the packet, it should be saved as a PDF and emailed back to your Account Manager and accounting@agas.com.

Any time money is paid and/or exchanged between companies, a W-9 is needed for IRS verification. The W-9 must be signed and dated.

The EPA Information Sheet (page 6) is needed only if you purchase refrigerants from A-Gas.

Note: A copy of your Resale Certificate (if you completed section 1 on page 6) or a legible copy of your Certified Technician's License (if you completed section 2 or 3 on page 6) is required with the EPA Information Sheet, along with a signed and dated Page 9.

It takes up to 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm ET, excluding holidays) to process and onboard new customers. As soon as your account has been onboarded we can begin services.

After your account setup is complete, the Field Service Manager for your area will be in contact with you within 24 hours to schedule your exchange or recovery service.

Yes! We also take cyber security seriously and applaud you for following your IT department's instructions. A PDF copy can be emailed directly; just ask your Account Manager.
