EDIAL
EDIAL is an Aluminium entry board with a special thermoplastic and lubricating coating (water soluble). EDIAL reduces the drill wear (longer life), improves the drilling position accuracy and increases the drill productivity.
Material Features:
- Its thermoplastic coating is halogen free and water soluble
- EDIAL contains no treated AI
- The coating is perfectly applied without any thickness variance
- It performs well with any organic protection
- It is compliant with Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards
- When used, it reduces the chance of drillbit breakages, enables perfect control of the blind hole depth, generates less heat and increases hole position accuracy
