Ferrophos 7768/5 This is a liquid low-temperature iron phosphating especially suitable for the pretreatment of steel surfaces in the so-called „in-house“–manufacturing.
Degreasing and phosphating take place in one single work cycle. The
product is also designed for removing graphite pastes which adhere to the
metal surface.
Ferrophos 7768/5 is applied in the spraying procedure or by immersion.
The cleaning efficiency can be further improved by adding Alfisid 9.
Ferrophos 7768/5 produces dark blue to grey phosphate layers having
passivating properties. When correctly applied, the product offers an
excellent adhesion base for all organic coatings. Included tensides comply
with the EU regulation on detergents.
