Alfisatin 358/1 is an E6 long-term pickling additive especially developed for the high requirements of the aluminium market. Surface irregularities due to special alloy compositions are safely and permanently prevented. Apart from the extreme foam-reducing properties and a clearly better draining and rinsing behaviour, Alfisatin 358/1 makes possible a fine mat and homogenous pickling finish on various special alloys.
Alfisatin 358/1 is ideally operated from an aluminium content of approx. 140 g/l onwards. Due to the optimised draining properties, higher aluminium contents can be maintained in the bath so that a stronger satin finish of the surface is possible. Due to the special formulation, an improved conservation for storage of long-term pickling baths is achieved as they must be stored for wastewater treatment.
Due to its design, Alfisatin 358/1 is distinguished by good visual levelling with minor abrasion even on sensitive surfaces. Shadows caused by wires, stains resulting from the transport between the procedures, stone or sludge will not occur if the bath is operated correctly.
